Theresa Tajali Tolan, MS, LMFT, CGPP Co-Director and Training Mgr – EVANSVILLE, WI
Theresa is a Marriage and Family Therapist and Parent Educator working in the field of child, family and community emotional and mental health for 20 years. She has coordinated and directed numerous children’s and family peace camps and peace programs, into which she integrates Nurturing Spirituality in Children and Spiritual Parenting principles. Theresa is a certified leader and supervised dance mentor of the Dances of Universal Peace, leading dances for the past the past 11 years. Currently she leads family Universal Worship Services and has lead dances in a variety of settings, including schools, prisons, and family programs.
Kevin Lockwood, BSEE, MEM, CGPP Co-Director and Executive Mgr – DENVER, CO
Kevin is a program manager, systems engineer, and process improvement instructor. He has been facilitating positive change from within for people and organizations for over 18 years. He left his distinguished career as a military officer and defense contractor in 2006 to begin charity work worldwide. Kevin is a certified yoga instructor, Jin Shin practitioner, supervised Dances of Universal Peace leader, and former Sunday school teacher and nursing home volunteer. He is a supporter of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and works with children, teens, and adults throughout the US and in Thailand, India, and Uganda.
Steve Bross, MA.Arch – BOULDER, CO
Inspired by five Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshops and fifteen years experience in meditation and living the exploration of personal awakening, Steve co-led an NVC practice group in Boulder for 1½ years. He was a Big Brother for four years, and taught yoga and meditation for five years through the Art of Living Foundation. By profession Steve is a web designer and programmer, and is an avid tabla player and kirtan chanter. Markus Stobbs, B.PSY, CGPP Partnership Mgr – BOULDER, CO
Markus leads groups and trainings based on the principles of Nonviolent Communication, and is a member of the Center for NVC IT Committee. His peacemaking work has extended into the federal prison system where he has taught meditation to inmates for over 5 years. He is active in the Dances of Universal Peace community and has attended advanced leadership trainings. Markus currently works as a Web Engineering Manager for the National Center for Atmospheric Research. With graduate coursework in Clinical Psychology, he has also worked as a residential counselor in adolescent and adult psychiatric settings.
Jan Waller-Taylor, BA, CMT, CGPP Evaluation Mgr – BROOMFIELD, CO
Jan is a Program Evaluator, Trainer, Consultant, & Research Study Coordinator for Health and Education programs. She has taken graduate coursework in Child Development and Multicultural Education, and is certified in conducting various child development screenings and assessments. Jan is also a Reiki Master & Certified Massage Therapist. She has 20 years experience evaluating Grant funded Intervention and Prevention programs supporting the health and welfare of families and children. Currently Jan is helping to build a Systems of Care for Colorado families and children with Mental Health issues.
Elsa Jewett, CGPP Fundraiser Mgr – DENVER, CO
Elsa has been an organizing consultant and Feng Shui Practitioner for 7 years. Her passion is helping people live their lives to the fullest by improving their home and work environments. Elsa’s passions also include empowering other organizers and helping them take the next step in their businesses. As a mentor she holds brainstorming sessions to encourage and help organizers discover their unique gifts. Elsa is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and is the Professional Development Director of NAPO Colorado. Elsa is a community service Golden Circle Member.

Pat Werk, CGPP Communications Manager – DEERFIELD, WI
Pat is a teacher, administrator and healer. Formerly a kindergarten teacher and youth group leader, who worked on five Habitat for Humanity projects with teens, she now teaches workshops that integrate art with spirituality. She gained administrative skills as the Bridges to the Community After School Program Coordinator and also as the Haiti Project Coordinator for the Episcopal Diocese that aided their school, medical clinic and church in Haiti. As a Reiki Master and spiritual healer, she holds sacred space for earth medicine. Pat’s passion is traveling, and exploring the spiritual connections in other cultures.

Margot is the co-creator of the 90 Day Manifesting Program along with a series of Guided Manifesting Meditations (www.EnlightenedBeings.com) that teach people to consciously manifest what they truly desire. She facilitates Journey Healing sessions (www.TheJourneyUSA.com) that bring about cellular healing and clear away emotional baggage so people may experience deeper peace and freedom. Her vision is to bring this healing work to children as it is currently in over 250 classrooms in South Africa. She is a certified Hypnotherapist EMDR facilitator, and life/business coach. Donna Kuelz , BFA, CGPP Heart Facilitator – EVANSVILLE, WI
Donna is an artist, singer-songwriter, and Reiki Master. She loves experiencing the arts for the joy of self-expression and as a means to create wholeness and inner peace. Donna has taught art workshops at The Clearing and the Peninsula Art School, and is a member of the Wisconsin Watercolor Society. Her workshops explore the arts as a tool for self-discovery in ways that promote balance, wellness, and acceptance. Donna has performed with Four Seasons Theatre, and she is a member of the acoustic duo, Crystal River, with Kelly Jetzer. As a Reiki Master she has served as a spiritual healer and energy practitioner.
Rick Franz, CGPP Heart Facilitator – DENVER, CO
Rick has been a certified massage therapist for fifteen years and has taught massage in two schools. He has a bachelor of music degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston and actively and passionately pursues a music career, mostly associating himself with bands and artists playing “devotional music”. He has taught guitar, bass and audio recording techniques to classes and individuals for twenty five years. A “searcher” since childhood, a “finder, now” , in his own words. Associated as a musician with the Dances of Universal Peace for eighteen years, he has traveled to Russia in that capacity, and played at hundreds of events.
Jennifer Jazwierska, Ed.S., NCSP – GOLDEN, CO
Jennifer is the co-founder of www.glowmundo.com, empowering children around the world one thought at a time. She has received continued education and training in the areas of emotional intelligence, optimistic thinking strategy, learning and memory, children’s meditation, neuropsychology, subtle energy healing, and guided imagery. As an inner-city school psychologist, Jennifer specializes in psychoeducational assessment, social/emotional and behavioral intervention, and the early detection of learning challenges. She also leads workshops on relaxation and mind/body techniques for children and families.
Stuart Allen – DENVER, CO
Stuart has been leading the Dances of Universal Peace for four years. His passions include music, healing work, movement, and teaching. Stuart is a former public school teacher and summer camp water ski instructor. Now his teaching efforts are focused on guitar lessons and the Dances of Universal Peace. Currently Stuart is singing and playing guitar with a Kirtan band in Boulder. He also a skilled carpenter, sells real estate, and maintains a healing practice in energy work and body-centered psychotherapy, www.soulbodylink.com. When he’s not busy with these pursuits, he can be found on the ski slopes of Colorado.
Valency Gorman, BASS, Elem. Ed – DENVER, CO
Valency has a depth and breadth of knowledge in a number of fields including Teaching, Healing Arts, Program Coordination, and Mediation. As an Elementary Teacher she devoted her time to alternative educational philosophies, curriculum development, and programs for youth at risk. She is a Certified Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, and has developed a deep appreciation of people’s desire to live an authentic and inspired life. She is formerly the Program Coordinator at the Stanley British Primary School Teacher Preparation Program, and also facilitates workshops through her newly founded entity, Dharma Devas.
Dinah Mayanja, BAE, MA.PCS – KAMPALA, UGANDA
Dinah is the Assistant Program Director for Action for Peace and Conflict Transformation (APCT) and the chief point of contact for CGPP in Uganda. She facilitates workshops for alternatives to violence and for conflict analysis and transformation, and has supported teachers, community leaders, prisoners, police officers, and students in improving peace making skills. Dinah has developed grassroots level peace and human rights training materials, especially for women and youths, and has also been involved with the research and recommendations for the decentralization of governance in Uganda.
Jill Clements – BOULDER, CO
Jill is a certified yoga Instructor, personal trainer, pilates fitball instructor, and mother of two daughters. Combining her advanced training in pranic healing with her passion for yoga, she inspires transformation, union, and balance in each of her students ranging from children to adults. Jill teaches classes and workshops in Boulder, CO and across the globe. She also co-leads Adventurasana Yoga for youth and spiritual retreats for all ages with her life partner, Scott Medina. Together they create a special spark infusing sacred sound and movement with conscious breathing and fun exploration. Their offerings are always uplifting.
Scott Medina – BOULDER, CO
Scott is a musician, songwriter and certified leader of the Dances of Universal Peace. He has led workshops, retreats and evening events nationally & internationally for the past 6 years, keeping the focus on the heart. Scott has recorded 4 CDs of original music and leads inspired evenings of dance and song with a clear & accessible style. In additional to his work with adults, he has also focused on making music specifically with kids, traveling to dozens of schools and releasing a professional full concert DVD "Mr. Scott the Music Man." Scott combines a playful approach with his love of music, enchanting kids and adults of all ages.
Glen Burns – Lakewood, CO
Glen has a diverse array of skills and interests, from artist to artisan to teacher. He is a talented photographer and captures images of people and nature from around the world. His desire is to broaden the perception of humanity through his pictures. For the past 10 years he has made a living as a contractor, and is highly skilled in all aspects of construction. Glen is certified to teach English as a foreign language and is also a certified scuba instructor. As well, he has been a dedicated Dances of Universal Peace member for the past three years. He is deeply committed to personal and social evolution, and tries to do his part to expand consciousness.
Joseph Davinroy – EVERGREEN, CO
Joe is the twenty year business owner of Specialty Catering Inc. (www.Specialtycateringinc.com). His experience running and operating businesses have enabled him to be a successful organizer and facilitator of large events, and helps contribute to the synergy of the Children’s Global Peace Project. He is a Reverend of the Church of Inner Light and is passionate about facilitating the healing of humanity. His healing work is focused on subtle energy healings and clearing negative programs and energies. His vision is to facilitate personal empowerment that brings inner wisdom, balance and peace.
Amy Sperry-Faldet, BE, Sec. Ed – EVANSVILLE, WI
Amy’s focus has always been on bringing more thought and beauty into the world and feels this goal is achieved best when working with children because they are so fresh with boundless thought and perception. She is the mother of four and has spent time teaching art to young children whenever she can, including the after school art series within Shelley Bisch’s Discovery of Youth Arts program. Amy has been the feature artist at Real Coffee, which was part of the 14 South Artists Annual Art Tour. Her world is full of family, friends, peaceful writings, and mixed media arts, and she is devoted to helping children express themselves with confidence and promoting communication skills and idea exchange.
